Doesn't smell like YSL Cinema at all, although its a nice fragrance. Not very long lasting

Very close to the original. I have the oil and it is strong and lasting. Really good job pp.
Edit. It would seem the original has been totally reformulated and isn't nearly as unique and sumptuous. I plan to stock up on this pp version which keeps the integrity of the original composition complete with the amaryllis note which makes it so good. Cinema lovers I suggest you do the same.
Please pp don't change a winning formula.

This was a blind buy for me based on the very interesting note combination. I bought the extract and oil version and the scent is unbelievably feminine and pretty. However, it simply isn't powerful or long-lasting no matter how much I applied. Also, I have a natural liquid soap I use for washing my face and hands which also has a beautiful light refreshing scent and this perfume reminds me a lot of that soap. Unfortunately I had to give it away because it just wasn't something I could see myself wearing regularly.

It reminds me a lot of the original perfume but unlike the original it stays in your skin longer and your clothes carry the true essence of this amazing scent. I would buy this perfume until it is no longer available.

I have never had the original, only sprayed in department stores. Seems to be the same. Lovely

I agree that this is a nice "copy". Smells Alot like the original Cinema by YSL.

This was a bit different to me than the other 14 oils I bought. It took a longer time for my skin to develop the beautiful Cinema smell. But once it settled..... OH MY! I love it!

This really is a very excellent copy! I stocked up with it (in the oil form) for autumn and winter but only ended up using a fraction of what I'd bought. I'll now put the rest in a cool dark place for later in the year. It's really long-lasting and I was often asked what I was wearing - I'd say it was YSL via Perfume Parlour and it's amazing how many former perfume snobs (myself included!) are prepared to give up an expensive bottle when given the opportunity!
